Refund policy

All custom products, including gaskets, molded parts and any part made to your dimensions, drawings or specifications, are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Every order is quoted and confirmed with you before production. Please check dimensions, material, thickness and quantity carefully before you approve your quote.

If a part we deliver doesn't match the specifications you approved, contact support@rdindus.com or 479-216-7775 within 30 days of delivery with your quote or order number and photos. If the error is ours, we'll remake the part at no charge.

You can cancel an order at no charge until production begins.
