Measure the flange, not the old gasket.
- Outer diameter: measure straight across the widest point of the flange face.
- Inner diameter: measure the bore — the opening the fluid flows through.
- Bolt circle: measure center-to-center between two opposite holes. With an odd number of holes, measure from one hole's center to the far edge of the bolt opposite and subtract half a hole.
- Holes: count them and measure one across. Size holes about 1/16" over the bolt diameter.

Most orders ship in 2–3 business days from our shop in Mena, Arkansas. Large orders may take longer — we'll tell you up front.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one gasket or five hundred; quantity discounts apply automatically.
How accurate is the cut?
We cut to ±0.015" on finished dimensions. Need tighter? Call us — we also die-cut and mold to ±0.005".
Can you match ANSI, DIN or legacy flanges?
Yes. We cut to the dimensions you enter, so any standard or custom bolt pattern works.
